Aqualane Shores

Aqualane Shores is situated between the splendor of Port Royal and the ambiance of Old Naples, offering a quiet setting where deep-water canals entice boat owners.

Wide and deep coves and passages wind throughout Aqualane, allowing the residents to take full advantage of prime waterfront. Port Royal and Agualane Shores are two of Naples upscale boating communities located just south of the Olde Naples area. The communities reside on the west side of the Naples bay, and most homes have boat access to the bay and gulf. Aqualane Shores's approximately 400 homes were built from the 1950's to today. But the majority were built in the 1960, and then a second generation were built in the late 1990's and 2000's from tear downs. Port Royal's approximately 600 homes were pretty much built on a consistent level spanning the 1960 to the 2000's.

Audubon

The Audubon at Naples is a private, gated country club community located between Naples and Bonita Springs. The community stretches west of US 41, all the way over to the protected mangrove preserves on Little Hickory Bay.

The Dunes offers an outstanding pool and 4 star restaurant on site! Monterey & The Crossings

  

Two secluded communities can be found within Monterey and across the street in The Crossings. Both are located on Orange Blossom Drive, in a quiet area of North Naples that is very convenient to Naples, Bonita Springs, I-75, shopping, and schools. They have become extremely popular and rarely will you find a Monterey or Crossings resident who does not rave about the advantages of the two neighborhoods.   Monterey is a gated community with a 24-hour, manned security gatehouse. It features attached villas and totally freestanding villas, plus a larger single-family section, and many of the residences are lakefront. Near the entrance is a clubhouse with kitchen and a very nice and spacious family room/party room that can be used by residents for a small fee. Other amenities include a small workout room, Olympic proportioned pool, and three lighted Har-tru tennis courts. Single-family homes typically range in size from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet of living area.  The Crossings consists only of single-family homes, along with a small clubhouse, pool, and two Har-tru tennis courts. Some of the homes are located on cypress preserve areas, providing a tranquil, natural setting. The community is divided into two sections, each with an electronic gated entry. Moorings

  

The Moorings is a community just north of downtown Naples. It has condos on the beach and on the Moorings/Venetian bay, and single family homes on and off the bay. Residents in the community are either on the gulf, or the bay, or within a short distance. Area homes and condo where built primarily from the 1960's up to the early 1980's. Beautiful banyan trees line the streets and neighborhoods of many of the single family home areas. Some of the earlier built single family homes sitting on prime locations on and off the bay have been subsequently torn down and replaced with luxury homes.

Old Naples

  

Old Naples, a charming area characterized by hundreds of coconut palms with each street ending at the beach, is truly a unique neighborhood, with its history and variety of small cottages, beach front estates, and everything in between. It is loosely defined as the area that extends from South Golf Drive southward to Aqualane Shores, although the true "Old Naples" refers primarily to the section around the Naples Pier. The vintage of homes in the area varies from turn-of-the-century to the present date, and architectural styles reflect this variety of time periods. There is also an excellent selection of condominium residences, all within a few blocks of the Gulf (zoning regulations do not permit any condominiums to be directly on the beach in the area south of the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club).  One of the most interesting aspects of the area is that every east/west avenue ends at the beach, creating easy walking or biking access for all Old Naples residents.
